In the wake of the pandemic, distributed work is now the new way of working. In line with that, Siemens became the first establishment in Germany to give workers the license to work remotely. Close to 200,000 employees across more than 40 countries can now work remotely 2/3 days per week.

Despite the fact that COVID-19 has restricted movement and travel plans, Topia has created a response solution to combat such limitations.
